At
10:00pm, I went to see a R&B band called Yazmin. I spotted former Milo-Z
vocalist, Moe Holmes, performing with them at Session 73 in New York City.
Yazmin did some cover songs like "Kansas City, Here I Come", Otis
Redding's "Sittin' on the Dock of the Bay", and Bill Withers's
"Ain't No Sunshine"! "Kansas City, Here I Come" was a good
piece of blues music, while I loved Moe's vocals on "Sittin' on the Dock
of the Bay".....he tried to whistle but had a little trouble during part
of the song's ending (Ha! Ha! So did I!!) "Ain't No Sunshine" sounded
very good, with the vocals of the bassist!! The bass & guitar solos were
good. The drummer, Guy (from Days of Wild), was good. I left the show around
11:40pm to check out Milo-Z in Hoboken.
